Wolf Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of a two-story, 2,100-square-foot office building in Cherry Hill.
In a news release Friday, the brokerage firm announced that it represented Lu Zhou Associates in its purchase of 1847 Route 70 East, which provides direct access to Interstate 295. WCRE Vice President and Associate Mike Scanzano completed the assignment, noting that the building is fit out with multiple offices and minutes from local retailers, restaurants and banks.
