701 Route 73 in Marlton — Vantage Real Estate Services

A speech therapy business is among the latest tenants at a newly renovated, 47,000-square-foot office building in Marlton, following a lease brokered by Vantage Real Estate Services.
The real estate firm said it represented both the tenant, MJ Kidz, and the landlord in the 2,600-square-foot lease at 701 Route 73. VRI Atrium Associates is the owner of the complex, known as Atriums at Greentree.
Leor Hemo, managing principal and founder of Vantage RES, completed the assignment.
MJ Kidz offers individual speech therapy sessions and group services with an emphasis on social communication, Vantage RES said in a news release. All of the company’s group facilitators are certified speech language pathologists and highly trained professionals who are devoted to improving children’s social and communication skills.
The business specializes in assisting children with autism, ADHD, behavioral difficulties and language impairments.
At the Atriums at Greentree, MJ Kidz joins several other tenants and has easy access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 70. Nearby amenities include Whole Foods, shopping, restaurants, health clubs and other corporate services.
