An auto dealership has acquired a 23,000-square-foot building and a 1.6-acre lot in Pennsauken, in a transaction arranged by Vantage Real Estate Services.
The brokerage firm announced that it represented Lou Pellegrini of City Select Auto in the deal at 5910 South Crescent Blvd. The facility is minutes from the buyer’s original location in Camden, which was sold due to eminent domain, and is now fully approved to be modernized.
Vantage RES Senior Adviser Ken Richardson and Peter Abdallah, director of client services, completed the assignment and assisted the buyer in the business development and zoning process within Pennsauken, according to a news release. The firm also represented Silwad RE Investment Corp. in the sale.
“Pennsauken has welcomed City Select Auto and the dealership is an asset to the community,” Richardson said. “They have detailed plans on the reconstruction and modernization of the current facility which is expected to take roughly five months to complete.”
