A top-performing real estate agent in the region has joined Keller Williams Realty, unveiling a new office in the Passaic County borough of Ringwood.
Orly Steinberg, who leads a team of eight, recently joined the residential brokerage after 34 years with Coldwell Banker. She has continued to focus on Passaic and Bergen counties after an increasingly busy time during the pandemic, having secured $65 million in sales in 2020.
“The ability to build and grow a team is why I switched to Keller Williams,” Steinberg said. “I wanted to ‘think big’ as an agency, and the best way to do that is to build an energetic and enthusiastic team, with great culture, excellent energy and top-of-the-line training.”
At Keller Williams, Steinberg manages an all-women team comprised of three administrators and four buyer specialists, according to a news release. The so-called Only Orly Group can be found at the Ringwood office at 119 Skyline Drive.
“Keller Williams really stepped in with communication, training, culture and education, and it’s due to their guidance and training that we were as successful as we were,” Steinberg said. “They gave our team all the tools needed to pivot and react quickly to demand. Thanks to this training, the Only Orly Group is sustainable and adaptable through up and down market cycles.”
A native of Israel, Steinberg started her career in television, working for World News Tonight with Peter Jennings. She left the media world in 1986 to focus on raising her newborn daughter, before re-entering the workforce as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker.
In addition to her work at Keller Williams, Steinberg is an author and in-demand national speaker, the news release said.
