A high-end waxing salon has leased nearly 1,900 square feet at the mixed-use Livingston Town Center, in a newly announced deal by Azarian Realty Co.
The operator, L.A. Bikini, is slated to open in the first quarter of 2024 at the two-story, 65,000-square-foot property at the corner of Route 10 and North Livingston Avenue, according to a news release. The business will occupy 1,886 square feet on the first floor, Azarian said, noting that the 12-year-old chain offers a less painful and healthier approach to hair removal with its proprietary sugaring wax experience.
Its space at Livingston Town Center is its fourth location in New Jersey, where it joins tenants such as Wells Fargo, Lash Lounge, HotWorx, Verizon Wireless and Shiseido, and is part of a portfolio that also includes Alabama, Florida, Texas and Utah, the news release said. Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. and Kristin Martins of Jeffery Realty represented the landlord and tenant, respectively.
