A service firm owned by Lennar Corp. has leased 5,500 square feet at a Mount Laurel office building, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The firm, North American Title Co., is among the newest tenants at 200 Century Pkwy., WCRE said in a news release. Wolf Commercial Real Estate’s Leor Hemo represented the tenant in the deal.
The single-story building, also known as The Century Corporate Center, is owned and operated by Needleman Management. The property is located in the heart of the Mount Laurel business district and in close proximity to a host of retailers.
WCRE said the tenant, a real estate settlement service provider, chose 200 Century Parkway because of its location near Route 73, Interstate 295 and The New Jersey Turnpike. The firm includes both agent and underwriter operations, with backing from its publicly traded parent company.
