WCRE: Law firm takes 2,500 sq. ft. in Cherry Hill

A national law firm has leased more than 2,500 square feet at a Cherry Hill office building, brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday.

In a news release, WCRE said it represented Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP in the 2,527-square-foot commitment at 457 Haddonfield Road. The new office is among eight U.S. locations for the New York-based firm, which focuses on professional liability, insurance coverage, employment practices, health care, general liability, nursing homes and long-term care.

WCRE Vice President and Principal Christopher Henderson completed the transaction.

Owned by Zamir Properties, 457 Haddonfield Road sits within the Cherry Hill business district and provides direct access to routes 38 and 70.
