Local investors have tapped Wolf Commercial Real Estate as their leasing agent for a newly renovated, 85,000-square-foot office building in downtown Collingswood.
In a news release, WCRE said Station House Holdings LLC has revived what was a tired and outdated building at 900 Haddon Ave., offering customizable suites for professional, office, creative and medical tenants. The owners have also delivered updated amenities such as expansive communal areas and high-end meeting rooms, along with a co-working space known as Colls Suites that will provide flexible lease terms with the option to choose from private offices for up to three employees.
WCRE added that the co-working area has unlimited access to shared amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette and lounge areas, while each space in the Colls Suites section comes fully furnished with sit-or-stand desks and personalized HVAC controls. Users, meantime, have direct access to the PATCO High-Speed Line, allowing for a quick commute to Philadelphia.
“We recognized the potential in this property and aimed to revitalize it, bringing something new to the community,” said Eyal Reggev, a co-owner of Station House Holdings LLC alongside Roy Raiter.
The building has already attracted tenants ranging from tech startups to established businesses, the news release said.
“Having the office people here during the day while a lot of our residents are out at their jobs, really contributes to the restaurants and downtown businesses here,” Collingswood Mayor James Maley said. “This office component of a nice building is something we’ve really been missing.”
