The developer behind a high-profile, mixed-use project in Marlton has tapped Wolf Commercial Real Estate to market its newly repositioned office and retail space.
The real estate services firm, which is based nearby, is serving as the leasing agent for The Shoppes and Offices at Renaissance Square at Route 70 and North Locust Avenue. WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf and Vice President and Principal Chris Henderson will work with ownership to lease a mix of office and retail spaces.
“We are excited about the opportunity to partner with RD Management and market a newly constructed first-class property on behalf of a top-tier owner and operator in the region,” Wolf said, noting that the complex will have three new pylon and monument signs that will allow for multiple tenant panels.
The complex includes an existing New Jersey state right-of-way that will be transformed into an open space park with new walkways and ponds, WCRE said. There will also be two sit-down restaurants with outdoor eating space at the property, the former site of the aging Tri-Towne Plaza complex.
Meantime, the project will feature 338 new luxury apartments that under construction alongside the revamped site. The property benefits from its proximity to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and other nearby amenities.
“Adding WCRE as the exclusive leasing agent for The Shoppes and Offices at Renaissance Square, one of our core properties in New Jersey, is the next logical step for us in the development process,” said Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management. “We are confident that with its local leasing expertise, WCRE will further enhance our vision for this dynamic mixed-use shopping center by introducing more retail and office users that will add value to the community.”
