120 Eagle Rock Ave. in East Hanover

Two tenants have combined to lease 9,200 square feet of office space in Morris County, under a newly announced transaction by Sheldon Gross Realty.
While Access Wealth, a boutique wealth management firm, and Advanced Computer Technologies, a full-service IT consulting company, have both relocated to 120 Eagle Rock Ave. in East Hanover. The firms had shared space at their previous location in nearby Roseland, but had changing needs that are met in their new space.
Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Barbara Gross represented the tenants. Sam Horowitz, Chris Hovanec and Ray Iodice of Colliers International represented the landlord, Northeast Capital Group.
“While this transaction preceded the COVID pandemic, I believe creative space utilization will become more common, as many companies find they do not need as much space as they did prior due to employees being able to work remotely,” Gross said. “Additionally, 120 Eagle Rock provides a Class A location and work environment, including important amenities for them, and their clients as well.”
