Windels Marx LLP has promoted one of its commercial real estate attorneys to partner in its New Brunswick office, the law firm announced Tuesday.

The attorney, Patrick Deyhle, has been with the firm since shortly after graduating from American University Washington School of Law in 2007. His practice has since focused primarily on representing lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions, including acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage financing, along with representing lenders in commercial and corporate financing matters.
Deyhle also has experience in working out distressed loans and documenting both restructuring arrangements and loan modifications, Windels Marx said in a news release. His clients include banks, financial institutions and other nontraditional real estate lenders.
In his new role as partner, Deyhle will continue his representation of real estate finance clients and expand his work in commercial real estate financing and development.
Deyhle also has experience representing developers, owners and investors in real estate financing, development, acquisitions, dispositions and commercial leasing.
He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for New Jersey, the news release said. Deyhle earned a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University.
