A wine importer has renewed its nearly 18,000-square-foot lease in Mount Laurel, following a transaction arranged by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release, the real estate services firm said it represented Vine Street Imports in negotiating the long-term renewal at 16 Roland Ave. The 17,768-square-foot space, which is owned by The Bloom Organization LLC, houses the company’s headquarters and its inventory of fine wines imported from around the world.
Rose Commercial Real Estate President Adam Rose represented the tenant and has done so since 2010, the news release said.
“When it came time to renegotiate our lease, we placed only one call,” said Lori Sanders, who co-owns the Vine Street with Ronnie Sanders. “We’ve worked together for 10 years and have complete trust in Adam and his team.”
