Woodmont Industrial Partners has taken the wraps off a newly renovated, 30,000-square-foot industrial building in the heart of the Meadowlands submarket.
The firm noted that the facility, located 2 Terminal Road in Lyndhurst, underwent a multimillion-dollar upgrade that included a new roof and front entrance, motion-sensor LED lighting and painting of the building’s interior and exterior. It also repaved the property and replaced the landscaping, while constructing new office space and adding loading doors.
In doing so, Woodmont hopes to capitalize on the building’s location at the intersection of routes 3 and 17, which provides quick access to Manhattan and the region’s vast highway network.
“The completion of the multimillion-dollar renovation of 2 Terminal Road showcases Woodmont’s vision, creativity and unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional product that enhances the commercial landscape and caters to the needs of tenants,” said Anthony Amadeo, an executive vice president with the firm. “New Jersey’s Meadowlands submarket continues to stand strong amidst a fluctuating economy, and leasing and tenant activity in Q1 suggests demand for industrial space in the area will continue. We look forward to continuing our activity in this submarket and New Jersey overall.”
Lee & Associates’ Michael Schaible and Troy Wisse make up the leasing team for the property, which also has full climate control, 18-foot ceiling height and access to a strong local workforce.
“The positive market response that 2 Terminal Road has garnered thus far underscores its appeal and suitability for businesses looking to establish themselves in the Meadowlands,” Schaible said. “This interest is also further testament to the quality and value of Woodmont’s endeavors, and we’re excited to continue showcasing the property’s potential to prospective tenants.”
