Alan Zambarano

Real estate and project management veteran Alan Zambarano has joined GTL Construction of NJ Inc., the growing general contractor and construction management firm.
Zambarano joins the team, which is based in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover, as a director. He most recently was a senior project manager with Avison Young, where he spent three years, having also spent more than seven years with Transwestern’s New Jersey team.
“With over two decades in real estate and project management, Alan’s expertise covers corporate interiors, mixed-use industrial projects and capital building renovations,” GTL wrote in a recent announcement. “He’s a proven leader in directing collaborations with specialists and clients to achieve project success. Welcome to the team, Alan!”
According to LinkedIn, Zambarano holds a bachelor’s in architecture and historic preservation from Roger Williams University.
