Three new tenants are coming to an Edison office complex after a series of deals totaling nearly 26,000 square feet, according to a brokerage team with Zimmel Associates.
In the largest transaction, workforce management firm System One Holdings LLC will occupy 12,000 square feet on the third floor of 2025 Lincoln Highway, according to a news release. Averon Services Inc., a provider of IT services and consulting, has committed to 8,000 square feet on the first floor, while Golden Touch Imports has signed a long-term lease for 5,500 square feet on the first floor of 2045 Lincoln Highway across the street.
Zimmel manages and serves as the leasing team for the buildings.
“These swift and substantial leases underscore the prime location and quality of our properties,” said David Zimmel, president of Zimmel Associates. “With modern amenities, responsive management and convenient access to key transportation routes, we provide a professional, well-maintained environment that top-tier companies seek.”
In announcing the deals, the firm noted that each building has on-site ownership. To that end, law firm Methfessel & Werbel maintains its headquarters on the second floor of the three-story, 66,130-square-foot property at 2025 Lincoln Highway, while the owner of the 68,487-square-foot building at 2045 Lincoln Highway occupies the entire third floor.
Tenants benefit from amenities such as the Crowne Plaza Hotel with its restaurant and outdoor courtyard, Zimmel said. The firm noted that 2025 Lincoln Highway has 265 parking spaces, while 2045 Lincoln Highway has 269 surface and covered spaces, while tenants are close to major highways such as Interstate 287, Route 1 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
