An affiliate of The Torsiello Organization has sold a nearly 65,000-square-foot office building in Franklin’s Somerset section, brokers with Zimmel Associates announced Tuesday.
The buyer, Titan Mahagun LLC, paid $5 million for the three-story property at 100 Davidson Ave. Zimmel Vice President Joel Natter spearheaded the transaction, with support from President David Zimmel and Vice President Jason Zimmel, noting that the buyer was seeking 20,000 square feet of office space for its own business.
The deal comes 12 years after Zimmel brokered the sale of the 64,709-square-foot building to Toranco Somerset LLC.
“The building’s exceptional condition, necessitating minimal renovation and maintenance, made it the perfect choice for Titan Mahagun LLC, catering to their needs for an operational space and an investment opportunity to generate income from existing leasing,” Natter said.
Constructed in 1979, the building has 258 surface parking spaces and is just off Interstate 287, providing easy access to area highways and Newark Liberty International Airport.
