Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has welcomed Kolmar Group to its Glenpointe campus in Teaneck, where the global cosmetics company occupies some 16,000 square feet for its North American headquarters and innovation center.
The companies, which announced a lease for the space last summer, joined several dignitaries recently to debut the facility at Glenpointe Centre West on Frank W. Burr Boulevard. They noted that the suite includes both modern office space and an incubator for Kolmar — a manufacturing service provider for the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and healthy food supplements industries — allowing clients to work directly with its team to create prototypes using on-site compounds, colors and packaging solutions.
“In today’s fast-moving cosmetics and consumer products industries, the ability to quickly take products from vision to reality is critical,” said George Rivera, CEO of Kolmar USA. “The Glenpointe campus has provided us with the perfect environment to bring this unique service offering to North America. We are excited to welcome our clients to our new space so they can experience our innovative approach firsthand.”
The firm occupies 16,102 square feet within the three-building, 670,000-square-foot office complex at the junction of interstates 80 and 95. Those on hand for the recent grand opening included Euy Whan Kim, consul general of the Republic of Korea in New York, along with Diana Ramos of U.S. Rep. Josh Gottheimer’s district office, Bergen County Commissioner Rafael Marte, Teaneck Mayor Michael Pagan and other local officials.
