Adoni Property Group has rented nearly two-thirds of a new boutique apartment building in Franklin Lakes, the developer announced Monday.
With leasing underway since early August, the 44-unit property known as The Franklin includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes at 8 Tice Road. Adoni has now leased 60 percent of the building, working alongside The Marketing Directors, touting its appeal to renters that range from empty-nesters looking to scale down from large estate homes and to young couples and families.
Monthly net-effective rents start from $3,945, with incentives.
“The Franklin has captured a large share of renters who want a high-end apartment lifestyle in an esteemed Bergen County location,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, the building’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent. “They’re truly amazed they can receive this type of care-free, amenity-rich living in such a distinctly suburban environment, which is reflected in our leasing success.”
The leasing team said immediate occupancy is available at The Franklin, whose amenities include an outdoor patio with fire pits and gas grills, a pergola with an outdoor area and a dog run, according to a news release. Inside, residents will have access to a furnished lobby, a modern fitness center, a lounge and event space and a children’s playroom, among others.
Additional perks for renters include a location 25 miles from Manhattan and access to both bus and rail service in the area, the developer said, adding that Interstate 287 passes through Franklin Lakes. Residents are also minutes from a selection of shops, dining and services in the borough and surrounding towns, along with recreation options such as the Franklin Lakes Nature Preserve and the 40-acre Saddle Ridge Riding Center.
“Offering well-sized floorplans with at least 1.5 baths in every home, these apartments provide a great amount of living space and comfort,” Urgo added. “The lengthy list of luxury interior finishes is on par with what’s found in the many estate homes that dot the area and create contemporary apartments that fulfill a range of lifestyle needs.”
