PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We’ve worked with pioneering developers like MAS Development and Lecesse Development Corporation. We helped them succeed in delivering the first Class A apartment complex in Elizabeth’s history, Vinty Luxury Residences. During this project, we recovered the job from damage caused by Hurricane Ida and continued saving the client money even through pandemic supply chain shortages. “I would recommend March. We really felt like they cared about what they were building — to build it right,” said Sal Garcia from MAS Development. Vinty is a total of 457,018 square feet, containing 267 residential units and ample commercial space. It also houses Vintage City Offices, attracting young business professionals from all over New York and New Jersey.

An example of a recent success story is Daylight Transport. On June 18, we joined them to officially cut the ribbon on their brand new, state-of-the-art service center in Jersey City, NJ. Greg Steele, president of Daylight Transport, said at the ceremony, “This is a celebration of a vision … I am going to thank, first off, March Construction. March and team did a fantastic job on our facility. Ten months from ground break to CO and on budget!” This 11.5-acre terminal strengthens Daylight’s Northeast footprint and sets a new standard for speed, service and sustainability.

CREATIVE SOLUTION
The New York Red Bulls needed a world-class training facility on an accelerated timeline for the 2026 World Cup. March Construction developed a detailed preconstruction plan that prioritized growing the natural grass fields first while sequencing supporting facilities. Through value engineering, we reduced the project’s budget by nearly 30 percent.
“One of the big ones was swapping out the structural steel buildings that were originally shown on the prints, Building B, to a pre-engineered building … This helped shave costs tremendously,” said project Superintendent Tyler Groesbeck of March Construction.
By combining early planning with strategic VE decisions, we’re keeping the project on budget and on schedule, ensuring the facility will be ready for international athletes.
