- National bank in connection with the modification of a $125 million revolving line of credit for a New Jersey-based company.
- Developer in connection with a $120 million Aspire tax credit for a mixed-use project in Central Jersey.
- Developer in connection with a $92 million senior mortgage and mezzanine loan refinance of a first-class multifamily asset in North Jersey.
- Developer in connection with a $90 million acquisition of entitled land for the development of a 200-unit multifamily project in Morris County, New Jersey.
- Developer in connection with the joint venture and the land acquisition for an $87 million development project in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
- National real estate development firm in connection with the $74 million acquisition of a 360,000-square-foot industrial facility in central New Jersey.
- National REIT in connection with modification of a $67 million loan secured by portfolio of industrial properties in Palo Alto, California.
- Nonprofit performing arts center in connection with a $65 million CAFE tax credit for a project in Morristown, New Jersey.
ON THE HORIZON
MSW is focused on the continued expansion of our integrated commercial real estate and construction law platform. Our national transactional practice is scaling rapidly, driven by growing demand for sophisticated deal execution across acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, financing and joint venture and partnership structuring. At the same time, our statewide Land Use, Zoning and Redevelopment group and our Tax Credits and Incentives group continue to deepen their footprint, advising on some of New Jersey’s most transformative redevelopment and incentive-driven projects. We also anticipate continued growth within our Litigation and Construction Law practice groups, as clients increasingly seek clear, business-oriented guidance in a complex and evolving market.
