The final piece of a major residential project in Jersey City is coming online with the launch of leasing at a new 27-story, 338-unit tower near the Hoboken border.
Its developers — which include RXR, Columbia Property Trust, Strategic Value Partners LLC and One Investment Management — have all but completed what’s known as Hudson House West and expect to welcome renters early this summer. They’re now working alongside The Marketing Directors to lease the tower at 325 15th St., an effort that comes just two months after an earlier phase of the mixed-use Hudson House Collection hit the market.
That’s by design, the firms said, seeking to leverage the demand for a fast-growing neighborhood directly south of Hoboken and just west of the Holland Tunnel approach to Manhattan.
“Hudson House was envisioned as a collection of complementary residential experiences rather than a single building concept,” said Whitney Arcaro, chief revenue officer at RXR. “With West now joining, residents can choose from a broad range of living environments — from loft-style residences to contemporary high-rise homes — while remaining connected to the larger identity and lifestyle that ties the community together.”

Options in select units include dens along with balconies or private terraces, while renters throughout site have access to a set of hotel-inspired amenities.
Chief among them are two swimming pools, anchoring an outdoor section that also has a sundeck with cabanas and loungers and dedicated grilling and dining areas, the news release said. Inside, residents have access to high-end fitness centers with yoga studios, an indoor basketball court, an indoor soccer field, golf simulators, saunas, coworking suites, private conference rooms, game lounges and many others, as well as conveniences such as concierge service, shuttle access to the Hoboken PATH station, covered parking with electric vehicle charging, bike storage and storage options.
“The residences feature open, airy layouts with oversized windows that bring in abundant natural light,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “Many homes also capture sweeping views that stretch from the Manhattan skyline to the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor, providing a distinctive backdrop to daily living.”
Hudson House West joins the 27-story Hudson House East and Radio Lofts, the five-story adaptive reuse conversion that recently launched leasing. Together, the three buildings comprise 829 residences and some 48,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, including market, dining, beauty and childcare uses, creating what the developers touted as a cohesive residential and retail ecosystem.
Located in the SoHo West district, residents are steps from Coles Street Park’s selection of playgrounds, dog runs, lawns and an amphitheater. They’re also minutes from nearby retail districts and mass transit options at Hoboken Terminal, including PATH, NJ Transit, NY Waterway ferries and the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.
