Mr. Loredo began his career in construction in 1973 and continued when he opened his own General Contracting business, Consolidated Building Corp., in 1992. The company served both the public and private commercial markets in New Jersey and New York until 2008. It was at that time which Tom entered the renewable energy business, holding several senior-level and C-suite positions with national and international renewable companies. Tom has joined the Sunrock DG team with over 17 years of prior experience in the solar industry. In his role as the Director of Sales-East Coast, Tom leverages his years of experience to assist clients with project- and portfolio-level assessments of the financial and sustainable benefits available to their properties.

If there were ever a time for optimism — specifically for Jersey City’s embattled office market — it may as well come after a blockbuster 548,000-square-foot lease. That bullishness was evident Wednesday at the annual Jersey City Summit, where panelists were largely upbeat and confident that the submarket was due for a major uptick after several challenges in recent years.
