The owner of nearly 210,000 square feet of industrial space in Franklin Township has tapped Bussel Realty Corp. as its leasing agent.
According to the brokerage team, the property at 1100 Randolph Road in Somerset has 101,546 square feet available for occupancy starting in July 2022. BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz, Investment Specialist Anthony Rittwager and Vice President of Marketing Nicholas Spadavecchia are spearheading the assignment, noting that the owner is also planning new construction that would bring another 100,000 square feet to the site.
The property currently spans 207,192 square feet, according to a news release. Metz noted that the team is seeking midsize and large users, touting the site’s proximity to Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike, along with its 27-foot ceiling heights, 10,696-square-foot offices, 8,000 amps of electric power wet sprinklers and ample parking.
