The operator of an Orthodox Jewish school has purchased an 8,300-square-foot office building in Teaneck, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Monday.
In a news release, the team said it represented Aham Associates in the sale of 133 Cedar Lane, which sits on a highly visible corner across from Holy Name Medical Center. The buyer, Heichal Hatorah Inc., operates a school less than a quarter-mile away and will repurpose the space as student housing.
Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning brokered the deal.
“This property was a hot commodity in Teaneck, and this deal highlights how our approach to marketing can extract maximum value from a wide range of assets for our clients,” Lizzack said. “For now, interest rates remain low enough to keep pricing very competitive in northern New Jersey, so there is no time like the present for those looking to sell or refinance their properties.”
