The owner of nearly 50 apartments in Weehawken has tapped Cervelli Real Estate and Property Management as its agent at the property, in one of two new assignments for the firm.
Based in North Bergen, Cervelli is managing the fully occupied portfolio on behalf of an international family office. The assignment spans more than 38,000 square feet and includes a property at 708 Boulevard East, the company said, noting that it plans to increase operational efficiencies going into what is an uncertain time for landlords.
Cervelli is also now managing a newly built, boutique apartment building at 6025 Boulevard East, according to a news release. Recently stabilized, the client is leaning on the firm to maintain full occupancy.
“With all the new construction in the area, competition for tenants will become more pronounced and it’s important to maintain a high standard of living for residents while keeping costs down,” said Rebecca Minacapelli, Cervelli’s newly named director of property management.
