A new luxury condominium tower in Cliffside Park has received its certificate of occupancy, its developer said, touting it as a milestone in the rollout of the 14-story building.
The property, One Park, is located at 320 Adolphus Ave. and features 204 upscale homes ranging from one to four bedrooms. In announcing the certificate of occupancy last week, developer DMG Investments noted that initial residents can now have full use of the building and its more than 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.
“This is an incredibly noteworthy announcement,” CEO Jacky He said. “We are now able to provide purchasers immediate occupancy to the homes at One Park. It also means (they) will have complete access to all of the amenity spaces that make One Park one of the most attractive and dynamic residential buildings on the Jersey Gold Coast from the day they move in.”
Overlooking the Hudson River, homes at One Park range from 751 to 2,983 square feet and are priced from the $500,000s. Architectura designed the property, which has a glass window wall façade, while VLDG curated the interior spaces.
The building includes amenities such as an indoor heated pool with sauna and steam rooms and adjoining outdoor sun deck. The building, which opened last fall, also has a private furnished roof deck, a fitness center with a Pilates room, a squash court and other recreation options.
“One Park had a great location,” said Hongyuan Yang, who recently relocated to the property from Stamford, Connecticut, purchasing a one-bedroom condo. “I commute to work by NY Waterway ferry, which is very convenient and takes only around 40 minutes to get to my New York City office.
“I also didn’t want to live directly in the city, and One Park’s suburban-like setting provides the best of both worlds. I can easily reach all that Manhattan has to offer, but still receive the peace and quietness of being off the beaten path when I am home.”
