A logistics firm has leased more than 47,000 square feet of industrial space in New Brunswick, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm represented the tenant, Upperclass Warehouse, in the full-building lease at 16 Van Dyke Ave. Owned by Wick Cos., the 47,600-square-foot property gives the third-party logistics company a location off Route 27 that is also accessible from routes 1 and 18.
BRC Senior Vice President David Blitt completed the transaction for the Edison-based firm.
“As one of the leading third-party logistics firms in the market, operating in more than three million square feet, Upperclass Warehouse will utilize the space to service its clientele in the New York tristate region,” Blitt said.
The warehouse features 18-foot ceiling heights, seven loading docks and one drive-in door, BRC said, along with dry sprinklers and 800 amps of electric power.
