A landlord in Bergen County has signed two leases with education tenants for a combined 6,500 square feet, under a pair of deals announced by Lee & Associates New Jersey.
Brokers with the firm represented Clinton Realty, the landlord, in the two transactions. In the larger of the two, a Christian preschool known as The Vineyard School leased 4,850 square feet at 36A Midland Ave. in Paramus for its inaugural location.
Josh Krantz, a senior vice president with Lee & Associates New Jersey, represented the tenant. The firm touted the site’s location off the Garden State Parkway and Route 17, plus its proximity to other schools and retailers.
In Fairview, the Lee & Associates New Jersey team of Krantz and Associate Kyle Janoczkin represented Garden State Rehab in taking 1,650 square feet at 239 Bergen Blvd. The tenant, an after-school therapy program for kids, will use the space for its third location in North Jersey.
“We are thrilled to have matched Clinton Realty’s properties with The Vineyard School and Garden State Rehab,” Krantz said. “We worked meticulously to find spaces that matched the location and amenity requirements of both tenants. Ultimately, Clinton Realty’s 36A Midland Avenue and 239 Bergen Boulevard provide high-quality locations.”
