A glass and door business has sold a nearly 23,000-square-foot commercial property in Vineland, under a newly announced transaction by NAI Mertz.
The company, South Jersey Glass and Door, completed the sale of 2732 South West Blvd. to another business. The 22,920-square-foot industrial flex property traded for $1.275 million.
“We are pleased to have completed this transaction on behalf of our client and to have been able to achieve a competitive sale price for the property,” NAI Mertz’s Andrew Johnson said.
Johnson, a sales associate with the Mount Laurel-based firm, represented South Jersey Glass and Door alongside Senior Vice President Johnathan Klear.
“Vineland is a prime real estate location for industrial business, and we are glad to see a company like Eastern Lift Truck expanding into this area,” Klear said.
In a news release, NAI Mertz touted the building’s location near routes 55 and 40, along with its 14 private offices and outdoor fenced-in storage area. The building also features 10 electric grade-level drive-ins and a showroom and contractor pickup area with a separate entrance.
“Andrew Johnson and Jonathan Klear were very attentive throughout the entire process of executing the listing of our property through to the final sale,” South Jersey Glass and Door said in a written statement. “We are very happy with the end result.”
