An insurance company has signed a renewal at a Park Ridge office building, where it occupies more than 12,000 square feet.
Brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Tuesday that it represented Sartak Holdings Inc., the landlord at One Maynard Drive, in the transaction with Amica Mutual Insurance Co. The longtime tenant has renewed for 12,015 square feet at the three-story, 139,000-square-foot building just east of the Garden State Parkway.
“When looking at office tenants’ priorities, ownership stability and accessibility continue to be driving factors for prospective tenants which is why we believe that One Maynard Drive stands out among other office properties in this market,” NAI Hanson’s Andrew Somple said. “As this unique building’s exclusive leasing team, we are proud of our continued work in driving results for our client through attracting high-quality businesses and retaining long-term tenants like Amica Mutual Insurance Company.
“We look forward to building upon our relationship with our client as we continue market this property to the wide range of businesses hoping to call northern New Jersey home.”
Somple completed the assignment alongside Justin Allessio and Judy Troiano. In a news release, they noted that One Maynard has a full-service cafeteria with WiFi service and seating on two floors, a backup generator, on-site ownership and a day porter.
The building is also close to Route 17, Interstate 287, the New York State Thruway and the Palisades Interstate Parkway, while it is within walking distance of the Park Ridge Marriott, Lifetime Fitness and the Wegmans-anchored The Shoppes at DePiero Farm Shopping Center.
