A regional Goodwill organization is relocating within South Jersey, following a 15,000-square-foot lease brokered by Vantage Real Estate Services.
In a news release, the real estate firm said Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia signed the long-term lease at Audubon Crossings, a 388,465-square-foot shopping center on Black Horse Pike in Audubon. Vantage RES said the space will provide a large, modern store that will support Goodwill’s growing demand in the region.
Leor Hemo, founding principal of Vantage RES, worked closely with Michael Shaw, chief operating officer of Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, to secure the space. The nonprofit is relocating from another location in Audubon, more than doubling its footprint, and will now join tenants such as Walmart, Marshall’s, Ross, Sonic and others.
The new store includes a donation center, which allows customers to drop off donated goods in a convenient setting.
“Leor works tirelessly for his clients and was a tremendous help in making this deal happen,” Shaw said in a prepared statement. “Goodwill is excited to open its newest location in Audubon.”
