Our firm was exclusively retained to market a development site with environmental challenges that had previously been unsuccessfully listed by two other brokerage firms. By collaborating closely with the owner, we were able to guide them through the entitlement process, utilizing our strong relationships within the local market. After successfully securing the necessary entitlements, we identified an experienced development group that was able to complete the purchase despite the limited liquidity available for such opportunities at the time.
