The developer of a 79-story condominium tower in Jersey City has recorded dozens of sales thus far in 2022, maintaining a pace that has led to 275 closings since the building’s 2019 debut.
The Marketing Directors, which spearheads sales and marketing at 99 Hudson, is doing so on behalf of COA 99 Hudson LLC. The team on Wednesday announced that they’ve achieved 16 consecutive weeks of recorded condo sales, including 40 this year, in a sign of demand from buyers in Jersey City in the wake of the pandemic.
“99 Hudson has consistently been the benchmark for luxury condominium sales in this market,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “2022 is proving to be more of the same as homebuyers recognize the enduring value of the building’s extraordinary residences, comprehensive amenities and services, world-class views and ultra-convenient location.”
With more than 500 residents now on site, 99 Hudson has a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and penthouse units priced from $548,000 to more than $4 million. The Perkins Eastman-designed tower has sweeping views of New York City and 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, including an eighth-floor deck with an 80-foot-by-50-foot swimming pool, cabanas and dining areas, along with features such as a residents-only spa, a modern 3,800-square-foot fitness center and a host of social spaces.
Additionally, the building offers social programming from LIVunLtd., a global luxury concierge and amenity management brand, including chef demos, wine and scotch tastings, private movie screenings, guest lectures and paint parties. The high-rise is also steps from the Exchange Place PATH station and NY Waterway ferry service and a short distance from a host of dining, retail and recreation options.
