Fast casual chain Just Salad has found a new location on Route 17 after taking more than 2,300 square feet in Paramus, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.
According to a news release, the operator will open just north of Powers Drive in a space previously housing Beal Bank. It’s leasing 2,320 square feet from Coolidge Paramus LLC, in a deal that will place it alongside The Container Store, Starbucks and LoveSac.
The Goldstein Group Vice President Marc Palestina represented the tenant in the deal at 370 Route 17 North, while Stephanie Greco of The Greco Realty Group represented ownership. In announcing the deal, the brokerage firm noted that Just Salad operates the world’s largest restaurant reusable program and is the first U.S. restaurant chain to carbon label its menu, while it has grown to more than 40 locations in the U.S. and four in Dubai since its founding in 2006.
