A private LLC has sold a 322-unit self-storage property near two key thoroughfares in Warren County, in a newly announced deal by Marcus & Millichap.
Built in 2018, the Access Self Storage facility has climate-controlled units that make up its 18,074 net rentable square feet, according to a news release. Luke Dawley, Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office, represented the seller in the deal, with New Jersey Broker of Record John Horowitz assisting in closing the transaction.
“We are excited to close another New Jersey self-storage property with a seamless sale process for both buyer and seller,” said Dawley, the lead agent involved. “This sale is another testament to the strength of the storage market across New Jersey today.”
Marcus added that the building, which sits on 0.91 acres, benefits from a good location with an affluent, dense and growing surrounding population base. It’s also about 18 miles from Allentown, Pennsylvania.
