MINNO & WASKO is proud to have provided master planning, conceptual and complete architectural services for THE DISTRICT, a new mixed-use development within THE PARK, an existing 185-acre office campus in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, along Interstate 78. “Taking cues from collegiate and West Coast-based tech campuses, amenities and services, THE PARK is a newly imagined sustainable community that delivers spaces designed for inspiration.” THE DISTRICT will be comprised of five new mixed-use buildings and a new garage structure providing 328 luxury residential apartment units offering sustainable lifestyle living opportunities as well as new dining, entertainment, event and wellness-type retail. Walkability, open park space, recreation, employment and co-working opportunities, food and beverage make THE DISTRICT a highly desirable place to live, work and play.
