Rutgers University has leased more than 14,000 square feet of office space in Edison, in the largest of four newly announced deals by NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
The brokerage firm said last week that Rutgers is taking 14,530 square feet at 100 Metroplex Drive, a roughly 125,000-square-foot property about a half-mile from Route 27. Robert Dinner, an executive vice president with NAI DiLeo-Bram, represented ownership, as he did in a 3,485-square-foot lease at the building with Trigyn Technologies Inc.
Dinner’s other recent deals include a 7,200-square-foot lease at 200 Metroplex Drive with Securview Inc., according to a news release. In Woodbridge, he brokered a five-year, 3,689-square-foot lease at 90 Woodbridge Center Drive with KBC Advisors Inc.
“Middlesex County continues to be an excellent part of the state for businesses looking to secure a location near several major highways with a diverse and talented labor pool and proximity to an abundance of amenities,” Dinner said. “The ownership of 100 and 200 Metroplex Drive in Edison and 90 Woodbridge Center Drive in Woodbridge cater to their tenants and deliver exceptional management services which is why there is consistent demand when vacancies arise.”
Dinner represented ownership in all four deals, the Piscataway-based brokerage firm said.
“Rob has always offered his clients exceptional advisory services,” said David A. Simon, NAI DiLeo-Bram’s chief operating officer. “His extensive experience and market knowledge enable his clients to outperform the market, despite challenging circumstances or trends.”
