A personal training service has acquired three condominium units in an Evesham commercial building, in a newly completed transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said Lenny’s Place LLC will relocate its Smart Bodies studio to 55 East Route 70 after purchasing units 5 through 7 from Kissaki-Kai International Inc. The spaces, which total 4,140 square feet of retail and office space, are part of the Marlton Professional Arts Building within the township’s Marlton section.
WCRE Retail Business Development Adviser Eric Flocco represented the buyer. The brokerage noted that the building is a quarter-mile from Route 73, offering a busy location and easy access to other nearby highways.
