A sales associate with a background in property management and technology has joined the ranks at NAI James E. Hanson, the real estate services firm said Tuesday.
The new hire, Andrew J. Suh, joins the firm’s main office in Hackensack and will focus on sales, leasing and investments of office properties in northern New Jersey and the overall tristate area marketplace. He will work closely with the team of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning.
Prior to joining NAI Hanson, Suh worked as a team leader and real estate property manager at Wicked Fashion Inc., also known as Southpole, where he managed more than 500,000 square feet of corporate headquarters, warehouse and showroom space, according to a news release. In the role, Suh acquired more than 15 tenants by direct owner representation and generated over $2 million dollars of lease income per year.
Suh also previously established his own technology business, Netzone, that he grew exponentially in four short years, NAI Hanson said.
“Andrew’s previous experience in property management and closing lease deals gives him the strong background necessary skills to succeed in this new role,” Lizzack said. “These skills provide him with the firm foundation needed to become a valuable contributor to our team right off the bat, allowing him to build a long-term career with our firm.
“We’re looking forward to working closely with Andrew as we deliver superior service to each client we represent to continue NAI Hanson’s proud tradition of excellence.”
