CBRE brokers are seeking tenants for nearly 240,000 square feet of industrial space in Hudson County, at a complex alongside the Global Container Terminal facility in Jersey City.
Working on behalf of CenterPoint Properties, CBRE is marketing the space at 100 Pulaski St. in Bayonne, touting a facility with 20-foot ceiling heights, 28 dock doors and parking for about 100 cars. The space is divisible to about 184,000 square feet within the overall 288,000-square-foot building, which sits on about 10 acres.
The CBRE leasing team includes William Waxman, Mindy Lissner, Steven Beyda, Robert Pine, Kevin Dudley and David Gheriani.
