NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has continued its long history of community outreach with several initiatives this season, including its support of a well-known nonprofit in New Brunswick.
The Woodbridge-based firm said it recently hosted its annual Friendsgiving celebration, where team members packed more than 100 snack bags to donate to Elijah’s Promise. Those efforts supported the organization’s fight against hunger and poverty, which it accomplishes with not only a soup kitchen but a culinary arts training center, job training and a community hub.
NAIDB noted that the Elijah’s Promise provides meals to thousands of people each year and offers a variety of programs to help individuals and families break the cycle of financial inequity.

“By supporting local initiatives and charities, we can drive meaningful change and help improve the quality of life for those around us,” said David A. Simon, NAIDB’s chief operating officer.
Earlier this year, State Theatre New Jersey honored the firm as its Corporate Honoree, recognizing its significant contributions to the arts, particularly in advancing educational and sensory-friendly programming. NAIDB added that, since its inception in 2008, its focus on community service has spurred partnerships with organizations like the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, where team members have actively participated in food packing events, helping to provide essential supplies to those in need.
In addition to its community outreach, NAIDB is actively involved in the commercial real estate industry, participating in organizations like ICSC, NAIOP and IOREBA. The firm supports each of those organizations’ community initiatives.
