Two former Houlihan’s restaurants in New Jersey are being revitalized after securing new operators for the spaces, in a set of deals arranged by Jeffery Realty.
Bill Lenaz, a broker with the firm, represented ownership in a lease at 1735 Route 46 in Parsippany, where The Social Hub by Dhaba occupies 7,100 square feet. The Indian restaurant, which reportedly has opened its doors, also purchased the site’s liquor license.
Lenaz also represented the landlord in a 6,800-square-foot lease at 1288 Route 22 in Bridgewater. The operator, Stone Tavern, will open its second location at the site.
Robert Bartnett of KW Commercial represented the tenant.
