The leasing team at a new 207-unit apartment tower in New Brunswick has resumed in-person showings, while still offering virtual options for prospective renters.
Developer and property manager Pennrose and The Marketing Directors, the agent at Premiere Residences, announced this week that they’ve relaunched tours at the 23-story building. In-person showings at the property are by appointment only.
“We’re excited to once again invite interested renters to see and experience firsthand the building’s upscale homes, incredible amenities and vibrant downtown location which has fueled the leasing success at Premiere Residences since it first opened,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “There is clearly pent-up demand in the market for opportunities to live in a brand-new building that’s expertly managed and an apartment that’s never been lived in before. Premiere Residences delivers that and more.”
The resumption of in-person showings is meant to complement the digital options that Pennrose launched early in the state’s COVID-19 outbreak, seeking to provide prospective renters with a safe option for viewing units at Premiere Residences. The leasing team said it has maintained high leasing interest, despite the pandemic, reaffirming the appeal of its upscale offerings, downtown setting and proximity to rail service, dining, nightlife and culture.
The developer announced early last month that the building, which was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, was 50 percent leased. Rents at the collection of studios, one- and two-bedroom units at at 7 Livingston Ave. start at $1,960.
Also coming back online is Premiere Residences’ penthouse roof deck, which has seating areas, a fire pit and a to-be-opened pool, according to a news release. Social distancing guidelines are in place to allow residents to responsibly enjoy the building’s outdoor spaces.
Other amenities at the tower include a modern fitness center, yoga studio, residents-only lounge, billiards room, karaoke room and co-working space.
