“Rebecca’s rich real estate background will help us to continue the great work we’re doing in Newark, where we’ve been busy simultaneously revitalizing the city and helping stakeholders to meet their investment goals,” said Elnardo Webster, who joined Connell Foley’s real estate group last year as a Newark-based partner. “We’re excited to have another talented lawyer on the team.”
According to her bio, Maioriello has appeared before municipal planning boards and governing bodies about the designation of properties as areas in need of redevelopment, having drafted local redevelopment legislation in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law. She is also an accomplished litigator who has represented clients in condemnation litigation and landlord/tenant disputes, as well as in employment and personal injury actions.
