A Florida-based investment group has purchased an 8,000-square-foot retail property in Eatontown for $1 million, in a newly completed transaction by Remco Realty.
The brokerage firm announced that it represented both parties in the sale of 59 Route 35, which will serve as a medical marijuana dispensary. The deal marks the second time in 10 years that Remco has sold the property.
Remco’s Peter Gallicchio completed the deal.
