Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has secured another tenant for its Glenpointe campus in Teaneck, having leased nearly 3,000 square feet to Matthews Real Estate Investment Services Inc.
The occupier, which has 19 locations across the United States, is using the space at Glenpointe Centre West for its first New Jersey office. It recently announced its entrance to the Garden State, with plans to offer services including investment sales, leasing and debt and structured finance.
Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented Sanzari in the 2,997-square-foot deal on Frank W. Burr Boulevard. Cresa’s Dennis Gralla represented the tenant.
“We are excited to announce the new home of our New Jersey office in the prestigious Glenpointe campus,” said Bill Pedersen, a managing director with Nashville-based Matthews. “The amenities in the building and in the surrounding area are unmatched in the area. This is yet another example of Matthews’ commitment to the northern New Jersey area and will be top-tier space for our agents to work and clients to visit.”
Founded in El Segundo, California, Matthews has added more than 600 real estate professionals since 2015 to serve clients across the country, according to a news release. Its new home at Glenpointe, which has 670,000 square feet of office space, provides it with access to amenities such as a modern dining hall, the 26,000-square-foot fitness center and a 22,000-square-foot, multipurpose outdoor amenity space.
Glenpointe also has three on-site hotels with a combined 700 rooms, casual and fine dining options, a full-service Starbucks and abundant covered parking.
“Glenpointe continues to be a place where businesses of all types can flourish,” said Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Our continued strong leasing activity at Glenpointe is driven by our focus on not just delivering office space but curating a corporate experience unmatched by any other property on the market.”
