Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has tapped Silbert Realty & Management Co. as its leasing agent at a grocery-anchored shopping center in Hackensack.
According to the landlord, Silbert CEO and President Brian Silbert and Senior Vice President of Retail Services David Greenman will lead the assignment at Summit Plaza, which sits at 370 and 380 West Pleasantview Ave. They will look to draw tenants to a location near routes 17 and 46 and Interstate 80, with a population of more than 500,000 within a five-mile radius.
“Well-located, high-visibility and heavily trafficked locations remain at the top of retail tenants’ wish lists, particularly as the sector continues to recover from the economic impacts of COVID-19,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “With an extensive background in retail and shopping center leasing, we are confident that partnering with Brian and his team on this assignment will enable us to expand our unique tenant roster at Summit Plaza.”
Existing tenants at Summit Plaza include Super Stop & Shop, Harmon Face Values, Juicy Platters, GNC, LabCorp, The UPS Store and Metro by T-Mobile. The Silbert team is marketing spaces ranging from 1,450 to 4,245 square feet.
“The Silbert leasing team is honored to have been selected and is excited about implementing our leasing strategy for this extremely well situated and stabilized supermarket anchored property,” Greenman said. “Additionally, we are looking forward to working closely with the senior management team within Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.”
