Sleep Number is adding two locations in southern New Jersey with a pair of newly announced leases by Equity Retail Brokers.
According to a news release, the sleep wellness technology company will occupy an undisclosed amount of space at The Shops at the Crossings in Burlington. It will join the new development at 2501 Mount Holly Road alongside national tenants such as Raising Cane’s, Panera Bread, Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Discount Tire.
In the second deal, Sleep Number signed a commitment at The Marketplace at Garden State Park, a roughly 550,000-square-foot project on Route 70 in Cherry Hill. Anchored by Wegmans, the property also includes The Home Depot, Best Buy and Dick’s Sporting Goods, among others.
Equity Retail Brokers Brian Wherty and Rob Samtmann represented the tenant in the leases, working in tandem with Bialow Realty. Sleep Number’s recent commitments also include a deal at The Christiana Mall in Christiana, Delaware.
