A specialty medical practice is expanding to northern New Jersey after a lease at a Bloomfield office building, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
The provider, Restore First Health, is taking 1,719 square feet at 300 Broadacres Drive under the transaction with Broadacres ERCT 1 LLC, according to a news release. The four-story, 94,000-square-foot building will serve as the second location for the practice, which offers patients advanced in-home treatment of chronic wounds and works closely with home health care providers, assisted living programs, hospital discharge planners and families to ensure each patient receives seamless and effective treatment.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the tenant, while Jeff Schotz of Newmark represented the landlord in the deal. It follows Restore First Health’s relocation last year from Cranbury to a larger space in East Windsor, which Lizzack and Horning also brokered, as the company continues its expansion within the state.
Its new home in Bloomfield is just off the Garden State Parkway near the interchanges of routes 3 and 46, with amenities including a conferencing facility, a fitness center and a cafeteria.
