A medical practice is relocating in central New Jersey after leasing nearly 3,800 square feet in East Windsor, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
According to the brokerage team, Restore First Health N.J. LLC is moving from Cranbury to the East Windsor Medical Campus at 300B Princeton Hightstown Road. The specialty practice, which focuses on a mobile, advanced chronic wound therapy, recently opened its first New Jersey office in addition to five locations in Georgia.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the tenant in the 3,761 square-foot deal. NAI Mertz represented Princeton 300B Holdings LLC, the owner of the campus near the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 130 and the Route 33 Bypass.
Restore First Health’s new facility is also home to users such as Penn Medicine, Windsor Radiology, AdvoCare Pediatrics, Princeton Windsor Internal Medicine and Princeton Rejuvenation, according to a news release. NAI Hanson, meantime, noted that five major regional hospitals are within 26 miles of the East Windsor Medical Campus.
“After outgrowing their initial space rather quickly since they entered New Jersey in January 2023, Restore Health N.J. was in need of a new medical space for its practice,” Horning said. “We are very pleased to help Restore First Health N.J. continue to grow and provide the community with in-demand health care services.”
